摘  要:目的探讨β淀粉样前体蛋白在难治性癫痫患者脑组织病灶中的表达及临床意义。方法将32例难治性癫痫患者设为研究组,另选取因意外死亡需开颅的32例患者设为对照组,采用免疫组化检测脑组织中β淀粉样前体蛋白的表达。结果研究组可见病变处神经元丢失、变性、胶质细胞增生和轴突走向紊乱,可见大量棕黄色β淀粉样前体蛋白阳性细胞,在细胞胞浆和神经元轴突处均有沉积,阳性表达率为78.1%,对照组为15.6%,研究组阳性率显著高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论β淀粉样前体蛋白在难治性癫痫脑组织中表达增高,导致癫痫反复发作,可能是难治性癫痫发病的重要原因之一。Objective To explore the expression of β-amyloid precursor protein (β-APP) in brain tissue of patients with refractory epilepsy (RE) and its clinical significance. Methods Thirty-two RE patients were assigned to research group and 32 accidental death ones who needed craniotomy to control group, the expression of β-APP in brain tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results We found neuron loss, denaturalization, gliocyte proliferation and axon strike disturbance in lesion site as well as large quantities of brown-positive β-APP positive cells sedimentary in cell hyalomitome and neuron axon in research group, positive expression rate was respectively 78.1% in research and 15.6% in control group, and the former significantly higher than the latter (P〈0. 01). Conclusion β-APP expression in brain tissue of RE patients increases, so that epilepsy recurrently attacks, which may be one of key causes of refractory epilepsy. [Keywords]
