阿立哌唑与舒必利对女性精神分裂症患者疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿立哌唑口崩片与舒必利片对女性精神分裂症患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法将80例女性精神分裂症患者采用随机数字表法分为两组，各40例，实验组予以阿血：哌唑口崩片治疗，对照组予以舒必利片治疗，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗8周末分别采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定两组患者的临床疗效，生活质量综合评定问卷评定生活质量，于治疗第2周、4周、8周末采用副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8周末两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.01），治疗前后两组间比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；实验组总有效率为92．5％，对照组为90．0％，两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。实验组副反应量表评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05或0．01）。治疗8周末两组生活质量综合评定fnJ卷评分均较治疗前显著升高（P〈0.01），实验组较对照组升高更显著（P〈0．01）。结论阿立哌唑口崩片与舒必利片治疗女性精神分裂症疗效相当，但阿立哌唑口崩片不良反应较轻，患者依从性好，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of aripiprazole orally disintegrating tablet （ODT） and sulpiride tablet on efficacy and quality of life of female schizophrenics. Methods Eighty female schizo- phrenics were assigned to two groups of 40 ones each according to random number table, experimental group was treated with aripiprazole ODT, and control group with sulpiride tablet for 8 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） before and after treatment, quali ties of life with the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 （GQOLI 74）, and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） at the ends of the 2^nd, 4^th and 8^th week treatment. Results At the end of the 8^th week treatment the total and each factor score of the PANSS of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.01）, pre- and post-treatment group differences in those weren＇t significant （P〉0. 05）; total effective rate was respectively 92. 5% in experimental and 90.0% in control group, group differences wasn＇t significant （P〉0.05）. The TESS score was signifi cantly lower in experimental than in control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. At the end of the 8th week the GQOLI 74 scores of both groups heightened more significantly compare with pretreatment （P〈0.01） and so did that in experimental than in control group （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Aripiprazole ODT and sulpiride tablet have an equivalent effect in the treatment of female schizophrenics, but the former has mild adverse reactions and better compliance and deserves clinical generalization and application.
