摘　　要：企业的政治关系是企业与政府部门或拥有政治权力的个人之间形成的较为特殊的政企关系,这个概念也可以形象的表述为政企距离。企业的政治关系对企业具有双效影响:一方面研究表明政治关系有利于提升企业绩效,促进企业成长;另一方面也有研究找到了政治关系降低企业绩效,损害公司价值的证据。文章从政治关系概念的形象化表述入手,梳理了政企距离效应的两面性,提出在当前的制度环境下企业必须与政府保持"适度"的距离,在寻求与政府合作的同时保持企业的自主性和经济理性。Political relationship formed between enterprises and government departments or individuals with political power.This concept can be expressed as the image of the distance between government and enterprises. The political relationship has bilateral? influence on the enterprises: one study shows the political relationship is beneficial to improve the performance of enterprises,promote the growth of enterprises; the other hand,studies have found reduce performance,damage to the company's value. First,this article elaborates the conception of political relationship,combing the bilateral influence of political relationship,proposed enterprises between government must keep the ' moderate' distance,maintaining enterprises autonomy and economic rationality.
