摘  要:将企业先进的6S管理模式引入实训室,不仅是实训课教学管理的需要,也是提升实训室操作管理人员的职业素质、保障高职院校实训教学质量的需要。对高职院校实训室推行6S管理要做好以下几点:制定管理制度,明确管理目标;加强宣传培训,细化责任要求;完善标志标识,规范操作规程;加强监督检查,严格考核评比。Introduction of advanced management of 6S modes in enterprises into management of training rooms in higher vocational colleges is essential not only to the management of practice course teaching, but also to the im- provement of managers' professional quality and the teaching quality of practice courses in higher vocational colle- ges. Implementation of 6S modes in management of training rooms in higher vocational colleges involves the follow- ing measures: formulating management systems, clarifying management objectives, strengthening publicity and training, refining the requirements of the responsibility, improving the signs and instructions, standardizing the op- erating procedures, strengthening supervision and inspection and making strict assessment.
