摘  要:为了解我国远程教育英语教师研修现状及需求,调研从研修内在维度和研修外在维度对国家开放大学系统的英语教师进行网上问卷调查。结果显示传统的研修无法为远程教育英语教师提供个性化的研修活动。而网络研修可以满足英语教师专业发展中不同阶段对研修需求不同的要求,是提高英语教师专业知识和专业技能的关键,是传统面授研修的有益补充。To learn about the condition of the English teachers' training as well as their needs in distance education, the English teachers of the Open University are surveyed online from both inner and outer dimensions. The results show that there are a lot of disadvantages in traditional training, which offers no personalized training courses, while the online training will provide training courses which meet the varied demands of English teachers at different levels. Thus the online training, as a supplement of traditional training, will imvrove Eng,lish teachers' professional knowledge and skills.
