摘 要:从主观幸福感视角,分析矿工不安全行为的影响因素。通过对200名矿工进行主观幸福感和不安全行为问卷调查,运用SPSS23.0软件进行描述性统计分析、相关性分析和回归分析。结果表明,矿工主观幸福感与不安全行为呈现相关关系,三个维度中的正性情感与不安全行为显著负相关(-0.252),负性情感与不安全行为显著正相关(0.566),生活满意感与不安全行为显著负相关(-0.361)。因此,煤矿管理者应该注重员工的主观幸福感,满足员工的生理和心理需求,进而减少不安全行为的发生。The influence factors of miners' unsafe behaviors were analyzed from the view of subjective well-beings. By means of SPSS23.0 software, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted by using software to carry on the questionnaire survey of subjective well-beings and unsafe behaviors. The results showed that miners' subjective well-beings and unsafe behaviors were correlated, positive emotions and unsafe behaviors in the three dimensions were significantly negative correlated, negative emotion and unsafe behavior were significantly correlated, life satisfaction and unsafe behavior were significantly negative correlated. Therefore, coal mine managers should pay attention to the subjective well-beings of employees and meet the physical and psychological needs of employees, thus reduce the happening of unsafe behaviors.
