摘　　要：内脂素为脂肪细胞分泌的一种细胞因子，内脂素不仅在肥胖、糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、动脉粥样硬化、多囊卵巢综合征等多种疾病中起重要作用，而且与代谢综合征相关性肿瘤，如乳腺癌、结肠癌、胃癌和子宫内膜癌等的发生、发展密切相关。内脂素抑制剂对肿瘤的生长具有一定抑制作用，有很好的临床应用前景。Visfatin is a cytokine secreted by visceral adipose tissue, which plays an important role in obesity, diabetes, insulin resistance, atherosclerosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Additionally, visfatin is also involved in the metabolic syndrome-associated malignancies such as breast, colon, gastric and endometrial cancers. Visfatin inhibitor might be a potential antitumor therapeutic strategy for inhibiting the growth of many cancers.
