摘　　要：既有知识资产是企业创新的基础,但它对企业破坏性创新的影响存在"看似相悖"的观点。基于生成载体依赖性视角,探讨企业既有知识资产对破坏性创新的影响机制,并运用257家制造企业的调查数据进行实证研究。结果发现,知识资产生成载体依赖性对企业经验迁移能力和外向型破坏性创新都有显著的正向影响,而对企业自我替代能力和内向型破坏性创新都具有显著的负向影响;经验迁移能力正向影响企业的外向型破坏性创新,并在知识资产生成载体依赖性与外向型破坏性创新之间发挥部分中介作用;自我替代能力正向影响企业的内向型破坏性创新,并在知识资产生成载体依赖性与内向型破坏性创新之间发挥完全中介作用。The existing knowledge asset is the foundation of enterprise innovation, but its impact on the enterprise disruptive innovation is controversial. Based on the perspective of knowledge assets＇ dependence to their generating carriers, the impact of the enterprise knowledge assets on the disruptive innovation was explored in this paper. Using a sample of 257 Chinese manufacturing enterprises, some hypotheses are tested： （1） Knowledge assets＇ dependence to their generating carriers has a directly positive effect on ability of experience transfer and outbound disruptive innovation respectively, but it has a directly negative effect on ability to cannibalize and inbound disrup- tive innovation. （2） Ability of experience transfer not only positively affects the enterprise＇s outbound disruptive in- novation, but also plays a part intermediary role between knowledge assets＇ dependence to their generating carriers and outbound disruptive innovation. （3） Ability to cannibalize not only positively affects the enterprise＇s inbound disruptive innovation, but also plays a complete intermediary role between knowledge assets＇ dependence to their generating carriers and inbound disruptive innovation.
