摘　　要：管理理念决定着企业档案管理工作的目标定位、价值取向和行为方式。分析企业档案管理理念存在的问题,目的在于为寻求解决问题的方法奠定基础。我国企业档案管理理念形成于几十年的国家档案事业建设与发展过程之中,目前正处于转换观念和调整角度的关键时期,存在着目标模糊、数据割裂、标准滞后、技术更新困难等与现实发展的诸多不适应问题,本文着重分析了上述问题的成因及其表现,并初步提出了解决问题的思路。The management idea determines the goal orientation, value orientation and behavior way of business archives management. This paper analyzes the problems of the concept of business archives man- agement, aiming to lay the foundation for seeking a solution to the problem. The idea of business archives management in China is formed in the process of decades of national archives construction and develop- ment, currently in the key period of transformation idea and adjustment perspective, there are many prob- lems of target ambiguity, data fragmentation, standard lag, technology update and so on. This paper analyzes the causes and manifestations of these problems, and puts forward some ideas to solve the problem.
