道德结构理论视角下档案职业伦理的缺失与建构

摘　　要：基于伦理学的道德结构理论,文章对档案职业伦理的结构进行了分析,并在此基础上指出当前档案职业在职业伦理规范、职业伦理意识和职业伦理实践三个结构层面都存在缺失。为弥补上述缺失,可从伦理制度建设、伦理教育发展和个人内在自律三方面进行建构。Based on the theory of moral structure, this paper analyzes the structure of archival occupa- tional ethics, and points out that the ethical norms, ethical consciousness and ethical practices are lacking. In order to make up for the above problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures from three as- pects： ethical system construction, ethics education development and personal self-discipline.
