摘 要:目的根据相关的自评量表在本科《医学统计学》课前开展针对医学生学习特点的问卷调查并作出评估,旨在为本课程教学方案的完善和教学方式的改进提供参考。方法根据自评量表构建相应的验证性因子分析评价模型,并借助SPSS22.0与AMOS20.0对数据进行处理分析。结果本科医学生在学习《医学统计学》前对合作技能的自评情况最好,而对学习态度的自评情况最差。提示医学生普遍认为自己的学习态度有待改善。验证性因子分析结果提示学习态度和其余3个维度都有比较强的相关性,分别为0.71、0.76、0.56。说明教学模式改善的重点目标应该在改变学生学习态度部分。结论进一步的教学模式改善计划中,应该通过合理设计学习活动,着力调动学生的积极性,改善学习态度,进而提高学习能力和知识掌握的能力。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the learning characteristics of medical undergraduate students according to the relevant self-rating scale, and to provide a reference for the improvement of the teaching plan and teaching methods. Methods A self-assessment scale was used to construct a confirmatory factor analysis model. SPSS22.0 and Amos20.0 was used to process data in order to get the best fitting model. Results The self-evaluation of cooperative skills of medical students was the best and the learning attitude was the worst, suggesting that most medical students agreed that their attitude of learning needed to be improved. The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that there was a strong correlation between learning attitude and the other three dimensions, which were 0.71, 0.76, and 0.56, respectively. It also indicated that the key goal of improving teaching model was to change the students' learning attitude. Conclusion In the further teaching model, more reasonable designs of learning activity are needed in order to guide the leaners to learn effectively. It is suggested to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, improve the learning attitude, and further improve the ability of learning and knowledge mastery.
