摘  要:采用简单高效的一步多元醇法以FeCl_3·6H_2O为成核控制剂,在低温、静置的条件下成功合成了产量高、形貌尺寸均匀、银线平均长度80~110μm、平均直径为40~80 nm,长径比大于1000的高长径比Ag纳米线。将制得银纳米线通过无水乙醇分散,得到一系列质量体积浓度的银线分散液,利用旋涂装置在PET上制备成膜,得到薄膜方阻仅6Ω/sq、可见光透过率80%左右性能良好的银纳米线透明导电薄膜,并探讨了旋涂层数、旋涂速度对各质量体积浓度薄膜性能的影响。Silver nanowires with high yield, uniform size and high aspect ratio were successfully synthesized by a simple and effective polyol method under low temperature and quiescent conditions, adopting FeCl3·6H2O as the nucleation control agent. The silver nanowires have an average length of 80-110 μm and an average diameter of 40-80 nm. Thus, the aspect ratio of the nanowires is greater than 1000. A series of silver nanowires dispersion with different mass volume concentration were prepared in anhydrous ethanol. These silver uanowires dispersion is used to fabricate transparent conductive silver nanowires films by spin-coating method, which shows a square resistance of 6 Ω/sq and visible light transmittance of about 80%. In addition, the influence of spin coating lays and spin coating speed of silver nanowires dispersion with different mass volume concentration on the properties of silver nanowires films are investigated.
