摘　　要：目的调查新护士在护理工作中的生理及心理情况,促进新护士的身心健康。方法采用便利取样法选取120名毕业3个月内的护士(A组)和100名工作1~3年的护士(B组),通过填写匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表、焦虑自评量表、社会支持评定量表及简易应对方式问卷,了解和分析其生理及心理状况。结果 A组和B组在睡眠质量、焦虑情况和客观社会支持上存在差别(P<0.05),B组消极应对的比率更大。结论工作1~3年的护士较毕业3个月内的护士的睡眠质量更差、更加焦虑,所获得的客观社会支持相对减少,更容易产生消极应对的情绪。OBJECTIVE To investigate the new nurses in nursing of physiological and psychological situation, to promote the new nurses＇ physical and mental health. METHODS Using convenience sampling method to select 120 within 3 months of graduation nurses （group A） and 100 nurses working 1 ~ 3 years （group B）, by filling in Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale, anxiety self-as- sessment scale, social support rating scale and simple coping style questionnaire, understand and analyze the physical and mental condition. RESULTS In group A and group B in the sleep quality and anxiety, there was a difference on the objective social sup- port （P〈0.05）, the ratio of group B negative response to A bigger. CONCLUSIONS 1 - 3 years nurse had worse sleap and were more likely being anxiety than nurses within 3 months of graduation, and objective social support gained by the relative reduction, which caused more prone to negative emotions.
