坚果混合饮品对训练引起DOMS炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：由于运动量过大产生的迟性肌肉酸痛症状(DOMS)症状,严重影响人们工作和生活的状态。本研究采用多种坚果混合制备一种运动饮品,并通过构建动物模型和招募社区自愿者参与实验的方式,证明所制备的运动饮品具有缓解DOMS症状的功效。结果表明:大鼠DOMS模型实验中,观察组大鼠在连续服用坚果混合饮品后,可以较对照组有效降低体内的炎症因子表达水平(P<0.05);社区自愿者实验中,观察组人员在连续服用坚果混合饮品后,可以较对照组有效降低体内的炎症因子表达水平(P<0.05),同时通过问卷调查,观察组人员的DOMS症状明显较对照组人员发生缓解(P<0.05)。Due to the large amount of exercise caused late onset muscle soreness symptoms （DOMS）, influence the people working and living condition seriously. This study used the many kinds of nuts, prepared a sports drink, and the animal model was constructed and recruit community volunteers to participate in the experiment, proved the preparation of sports drinks can alleviate symptoms of DOMS. Results show that the rat model of DOMS experiments, observation group rats taked nuts mixed drinks, can reduce inflammation factor expression levels effectively than the control group （P 〈 0.05）; In community volunteers experiments, observation group raked nuts mixed drinks, observation group rats raked nuts mixed drinks, can reduce inflammation factor expression levels effectively than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, at the same time, through the questionnaire, the observation group of DOMS symptoms was released significantly than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）.
