摘 要:优化铁皮石斛多糖的提取工艺。分别考察单因素料液比、微波功率、提取时间和提取温度的影响,并在单因素基础上进行了四因素三水平正交设计试验。结果表明,铁皮石斛多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比为1∶45(g/mL),微波功率为900 W,提取时间30 min,提取温度95℃。在最佳条件下,铁皮石斛多糖的提取率达到9.77%。该提取工艺简单、快速、高效,可以应用于从铁皮石斛中提取多糖物质。A method was optimized for extracting polysaccharides from dried stems of Dendrobium officinale. The effects such as solid-to-liquid ratio,microwave power, extraction time and extraction temperature were in-vestigated respectively.Based on single-factor experiments, orthogonal experiment of four factors and three lev-els were studied.The results showed that optimum extraction process were solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:45(g/mL), microwave power of 900 W,extraction time of 30 min and extraction temperature of 95℃.The extraction rate of polysaccharides could reach 9.77%under the optimum conditions.The extraction process was simple,efficient and suitable for extracting polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale.
