摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱法建立对东北人参中9种农药残留的测定方法。采用70%乙醇溶液提取人参中的五氯硝基苯、腐霉利、毒死蜱、甲基毒死蜱、噁霜灵、三唑醇、乙草胺、丙环唑、甲基立枯磷9种农药残留,通过环己烷萃取进行精制,利用气相色谱进行分离,质谱进行定量测定。研究结果显示农药组分的回收率在78.2%~122.4%,相对标准偏差均不大于5%,定量限为0.007 mg/kg^0.082 mg/kg。回收率情况表明,该方法用于人参样品的农药残留检测效果良好。采用本方法对中国东北地区收集的10批人参样品的农药残留进行了检测,样品农残检出率从高到低的顺序为五氯硝基苯>腐霉利>丙环唑>乙草胺>毒死蜱>甲基立枯磷>甲基毒死蜱>噁霜灵>三唑醇。该方法快速简便,经济且具有较高的灵敏度,可以应用于人参药材及其提取物的农药残留检测之中。The method for the determination of nine Pesticide Residues in Panax ginseng from Northeast China by GC-MS was described in this paper, which also can be used for confirmation and quantitation. The pesticides were extracted from the ginseng sample with 70%ethanol, refined by cyclohexane extraction, separated and quantitatively determined by gas mass spectrometry. The results showed the recovery rate of the components of pesticides in 78.2%-122.4%, the relative standard deviation was less than 5%, the limit of quantification was 0.007 mg/kg-0.082 mg/kg. Recovery rate showed that this method was effective for detecting pesticide residue in ginseng samples with good results. Using this method to detect the pesticides of 10 batches of ginseng samples collected from the northeast of China, the detection rate of pesticide residue was as follows:Pentachloroni-trobenzene>procymidone>propiconazole>acetochlor>chlorpyrifos>tolclofos methyl>chlorpyrifos-methyl>Oxadixyl>triadimefon. This method was simple, economic and high sensitivity, which can be used to detect the pesticide residue in Panax ginseng.
