摘 要:为了提高重型货车行驶安全性,基于侧翻时间(TTR),提出一种车辆预警算法。在建立重型货车三自由度简化模型基础上,运用卡尔曼(Kalman)滤波技术对车辆侧倾状态进行估计与预测,预警算法获取动态横向载荷转移率(LTRd)值,并选用TTR作为车辆侧翻危险评价指标。根据重型货车运动状态实时计算TTR值,当其值少于3 s时,触发预警。Matlab/Simulink仿真结果表明:基于TTR的侧翻预警算法实时性提高了10%,可预测重型货车侧翻。In order to improve driving safety, a heavy truck rollover warning algorithm is put forward based on Time To Rollover (TTR). A three-DOF simplified model of heavy truck is built. In the meantime, Kalman Filter Technique is used to estimate and predict for motion state of heavy truck. The real-time Lateral Transfer Ratio (LTR) is designed as the rollover safety warning algo- rithm threshold. TTR is chosen as the risk evaluation index of vehicle rollover, and its value is calculated in real time based on the current vehicle state. Once TTR value is less than 3 s, the system will trigger the warning device automatically. The simulation re- suits of Matlab/Simulink show that the real-time performance of the rollover warning algorithm based on TTR is improved by 10%, which can predict the rollover of heavy goods vehicles.
