摘 要:目的:探索并制定结合执业医师考试模式的学生毕业实习技能训练与考试方案,以切实提高学生的临床技能及执业医师考试的通过率。方法:整合2011、2012年中医执业医师技能考试大纲与南京中医药大学实习大纲,制定技能教学、训练及考试方案。以南京中医药大学境内本科实习生为研究对象,对比、分析按上述方案进行技能教学、训练及考试(试验组)与没有按上述方案实施教学、训练(对照组)的学生成绩。结果:经反复讨论与实践,制定并形成南京中医药大学后期临床教学技能训练方案与毕业综合技能考试实施方案,根据方案进行技能教学、训练及考试组的学生技能考核成绩要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结合执业医师考试模式的毕业实习临床技能训练与考核方案,能够显著提高医学实习生的临床技能水平。Objective: To explore and develop a scheme of clinical skill training and test for graduation practice combining medical practitioners examination, to enhance the students clinical skills and pass rate of practitioners examination. Methods: To establishing the scheme of clinical skills teaching, training and test, we had integrated the outline of the Chinese Medicine practitioners skill examination with graduation practice outline of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 2011 and 2012. Taking students from Nanjing University of Chi- nese Medicine as the research object, student achievement was compared and analyzed between the group of teaching, training and examination according to the scheme above (experimental group) and the group of not im- plemented (control group). Results: We had formulated the skill training scheme of late clinical teaching and the test scheme of graduation comprehensive clinical skills of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, after repeated discussions and practice. The group implement the training and test scheme above was obviously better than that of control group (P〈O.05). Conclusion: The scheme of clinical skills training and test for graduation practice combined with the examination mode of practicing doctors, can significantly improve the level of clinical skills of medical interns. It is worthy further implementation and promotion.
