摘　　要：目的了解抑郁症患者的家庭环境状况,对抑郁症患者的治疗提供依据。方法对2010年1月至2015年10月在武汉市精神卫生中心住院的870名抑郁症患者采用家庭环境量表中文版(FES-CV)进行评估。结果抑郁症患者亲密度、情感表达、独立性、成功性、知识性、娱乐性、道德宗教观、组织性得分均显著低于中国常模(5.5 vs.7.7,4.5vs.5.8,4.9 vs.5.8,4.0 vs.6.8,3.3 vs.5.6,3.2 vs.4.9,4.8 vs.5.3,4.7 vs.6.7),矛盾性得分显著高于中国常模(3.9vs.2.2),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);女性抑郁症患者娱乐性因子分值高于男性抑郁症患者(3.41 vs.3.02),已婚者亲密度得分较未婚者高(5.80 vs.5.39),矛盾性得分较未婚者低(3.35 vs.4.24),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);年龄与亲密度、道德宗教观得分呈正相关,与矛盾性得分呈负相关;受教育年限与亲密度、情感表达、娱乐性、组织性得分呈正相关。结论抑郁症患者家庭环境较差,且与婚姻状况、年龄、文化程度有关。Objective To examine the different family environments of depression patients in order to provide strategies for the treatment of depression. Methods Chinese Version of Family Environment Scale（FES-CV） was used to evaluate 870 pa tients who were hospitalized due to depression in Wuhan Mental Health Center between January 2010 and October 2015. Results The patients with depression scored significantly lower than Chinese norm in the intimacy,emotional expression,inde pendence, success, knowledge, entertainment, moral and religious views, and organization （ 5.5 vs. 7.7,4.5 vs. 5.8,4.9 vs. 5.8, 4.0 vs. 6.8,3.3 vs. 5.6,3.2 vs. 4.9,4.8 vs. 5.3,4.7 vs. 6.7）. Patients with depression obtained significantly higher scores than Chinese norm in the aspect of conflicts（3.9 vs. 2.2）（all P〈0.05）. For the entertainment factor, female patients scored higher than male patients （3.41 vs. 3.02） . Compared with unmarried patients, married patients scored higher in intimacy （ 5.80 vs. 5.39）and lower in conflicts（3.35 vs. 4.24）（all P〈0.05）. Age was positively related to the scores of intimacy,moral and religious views, and negatively to the conflict score. Years of education were positively correlated with intimacy, emotional expres sion,entertainrnent,and organization. Conclusion Patients with depression usually live in a poor family environment, and the reason that individuals suffer from depression is related to their marital status, age, and education level.
