摘 要:以Ca-Ba-Al-B-Si-O玻璃粉、Al_2O_3粉、熔融石英为原料,采用低温烧结法制备了玻璃/陶瓷系介电陶瓷材料。设计采用添加熔融石英的方法改善玻璃/Al_2O_3材料的烧结,研究了熔融石英对玻璃/Al_2O_3材料烧结性能、介电性能、物相与显微结构的影响。随着熔融石英添加量增加,玻璃/Al_2O_3材料的收缩率、体积密度与相对介电常数减小,而介电损耗增加。添加1 vol%熔融石英的Ca-Ba-Al-B-Si-O玻璃/Al_2O_3材料于875℃烧结良好,显示出优异的性能:收缩率为13.78%,体积密度为3.08 g·cm^(-3),气孔率为0.32%,10 MHz下介电常数为8.05,介电损耗为0.00091,因此该体系材料比较适合用作LTCC材料。The dielectric ceramic materials of glass/ceramic system were prepared with Ca-Ba-Al-B-Si-O glass, Al2O3 powder and fused silica as raw materials using low-temperature sintering method. The method of adding fused silica was designed to improve the sintering properties of glass/Al2O3 material. And the effects of fused silica on the sintering properties, dielectric properties, phase, and microstructures of glass/Al2O3 material were investigated. With the increase of fused silica content, corresponding decreases were found in shrinkage, bulk density and dielectric content of the materials and the dielectric loss decreased. By contrast, the glass/Al2O3 material added with lvol% fused silica exhibits better properties of shrinkage=13.78%, bulk density ρ=3.08 g/cm3, ε r=8.05, dielectric loss tan δ=0.91 × 10-3 (at 10 MHz) when sintered at 875 ℃ , which suggests a good application for multilayer low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC).
