凝血酶冻干粉内镜下喷洒在内镜下治疗消化道出血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下喷洒凝血酶冻干粉在消化道出血治疗中的应用效果。方法 71例消化道出血患者根据随机综合序贯法分为观察组36例与对照组35例。对照组患者在内镜下喷洒去甲肾上腺素盐水治疗,观察组患者于内镜下喷洒凝血酶冻干粉治疗,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率94.4%明显高于对照组71.4%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.69,P<0.05)。观察组满意度97.2%明显高于对照组74.3%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.72,P<0.05)。结论内镜下喷洒凝血酶冻干粉在消化道出血治疗中的应用效果突出,值得推广。Objective To investigate application effect by endosocopic spray of lyophilized thrombin powder in the treatment of gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage. Methods A total of 71 patients with gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage were divided by random comprehensive sequential method into observation group （36 cases） and control group （35 cases）. The control group received endosocopic spray of noradrenalin saline for treatment, and the observation group received endosocopic spray of lyophilized thrombin powder for treatment. Curative effects of the two groups were taken into observation and comparison. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 94.4% than 71.4% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （χ^2=6-69, P〈0.05）. The observation group had much higher satisfaction degree as 97.2% than 74.3% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （χ^2=7.72, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endosocopic spray of lyophilized thrombin powder shows excellent application effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage, and it is worth promoting.
