摘  要:新媒体环境下高校图书馆学科服务团队知识共享由知识、知识共享主体、知识共享环境和知识共享技术4个要素组成;其过程分为两种形式,即起始于知识生产者的知识共享过程和起始于知识消费者的知识共享过程;其动因包括以知识共享环境影响、新媒体技术推动、知识固有属性刺激的外部动因和以学科服务团队知识共享主体需求驱动的内部动因。促进新媒体环境下高校图书馆服务团队知识共享的管理对策为:丰富共享知识的类型和形式,提高共享知识的专业性和相关性;提高知识共享主体积极性和共享能力,发挥团队核心成员的带头作用;加强知识共享文化氛围建设,改善团队内部的信任环境;搭建知识共享新媒体平台,注重共享知识的管理和挖掘。In the milieu of new media, the knowledge sharing task performed by academic libraries' subject service teams is composed of the following 4 constituents: knowledge, knowledge sharing subject, knowledge sharing environment, and knowledge sharing technology; its processes can be broken down into two forms: one is manifested by the processes that are originated from knowledge producer, the other one is manifested by the processes that are originated from knowledge consumer; it has a two-fold impetus mechanism: knowledge sharing environment, promotion of new media technology and knowledge characteristics as external factors, and the impetus of subject service teams and the impetus of knowledge sharing subject as internal factors. To better manage the knowledge sharing of academic libraries' subject service teams, one should: proliferate categories and forms of shared knowledge, realized and promote key team members' leading role, partake the construction of cultural environment in which knowledge sharing could reside, promote a trusting environment within teams, establish knowledge sharing new media platform, attend to the management and excavation of knowledge sharing.
