摘　　要：介绍并探讨2μm激光前列腺汽化切除术的技术特点及继续教育经验。前列腺激光汽化切除术主要技术包括汽化、块状切除、分割、剜除等,在学习及实践中合理应用并循序渐进。笔者在充分理论和技术准备基础上集中打造精品继续教育项目,通过特色的小班教学培训,因材施教,鼓励积极动手,追访帮带;并在国内外期刊发表文章和会议交流宣传,取得较好效果,促进了该技术推广应用。To introduce and discuss the technical characteristics and experience of continuing education class of the transurethral vaporesection of prostate with 2μm laser. The main technical characteristics of this operation include vaporization, patchy mass excision, subdivision and enucleation and the techniques are proceed in an orderly way and step by step. Base on adequate theoretical and technical preparation, we build quality education project, good results were achieved through the characteristic small teaching group training, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and enhancing practical ability, publication and communication at journals and conferences of home and abroad, which make the technique popular in a certain range.
