摘 要:目的探讨BLOOM立体教学体系在神经外科学的临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取在中国医科大学附属盛京医院神经外科进行神经外科学临床实习的学生100名,随机分为两组,分别接受传统教学模式和BLOOM立体教学体系,并在学习任务完成后,对两组学生的理论知识掌握和临床实践综合能力进行测试和对比分析。结果 BLOOM组学生的期末考试的平均成绩高于传统教学组学生,而且BLOOM组学生的临床实践综合能力更好,具备更强的临床实践操作技能。结论 "BLOOM"立体教学体系能够全方位地提升临床医学专业学生的综合素质,显著改善神经外科学的临床教学的效果。Objective To discuss the application effect of BLOOM stereoscopic teaching system in clinical teaching of neurosurgery. Methods 100 students came to the Department of Neurosurgery of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University to finish the clinical practice of neurosurgery. They were randomly divided into two groups, were treated with the traditional teaching mode and BLOOM stereoscopic teaching system respectively. After the completion of the study task, the theoretical knowledge and clinical comprehensive ability of the two groups were tested and analyzed. Results The average scores of the final examination of the students in BLOOM group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group. And, the students in the BLOOM group had the better comprehensive ability of clinical practice and stronger clinical practice operation skill. Conclusion BLOOM stereoscopic teaching system can improve the comprehensive quality of clinical medical students in a comprehensive way, and significantly improve the clinical teaching effect of Neurosurgery, which is worthy of popularization and application.
