摘  要:为了及时、准确地掌握综采液压支架立柱压力情况,保障煤矿工作面安全生产,以工控机为平台,利用VB和SQL SEVER技术,设计了由实时数据库、综合数据处理模块和系统维护模块等构成的软件架构和功能,开发了液压支架压力监测地面站,实现了压力数据的显示、存储、分析并生成报表功能,为顶板管理、支架设计选型、顶板事故分析、支架维护及损伤分析提供大数据的支持。In order to obtain pressure data of the hydraulic support's prop timely and accurately and to ensure the safety production in coal mine face, a ground station of pressure data acquisition system is designed by using Industrial Personal Computer (IPC), Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000. A software architecture composed of real time database, integrated data processing module and system maintenance modules is proposed. Detailed design of real time databas, the system maintenance modules and the integrated data processing module are proposed. The display, storage, analysis of pressure data can be realized on the ground monitoring station. The research can provide big data tot roof management, support design and selection, roof accident analysis, support maintenance and damage analysis.
