Objective To study and probe into the positive rate of microorganism in different clinical specimens, and to provide reference for the distribution of epidemiology in the future. Methods 206 cases of clinical specimens and who accepted treatments in our hospital from February to December 2015 were taken as control group, 206 cases of clinical specimens and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the observation group. Two groups of clinical specimens were completed by experienced laboratory staff. Then, the positive rate of two groups of clinical specimens were compared. Results The positive rate of urine samples, throat specimens and blood samples in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of different clinical samples for microbiological examination are affected by various factors, there are some differences in the positive rate of the test specimen, through the standard specimen collection and inspection procedures, which can improve the operation skills of inspectors, can improve the positive detection rate, and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
