摘  要:目的通过研究肝癌组织内染色质解旋酶DNA结合蛋白7(CHD7)的表达及其与肝癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系,探讨CHD7作为肝癌预后预测指标的可行性。方法将286例肝切除术后病理确诊为肝细胞肝癌的标本制作成组织芯片。采用免疫组化法检测肝癌及癌旁肝组织中CHD7的表达水平,分析其与肝癌患者临床病理特征及预后之间的关系。结果免疫组化结果显示CHD7在肝癌组织中表达明显高于对应的癌旁肝组织。CHD7高表达与肿瘤数目、肿瘤包膜完整性、肿瘤血管侵犯、TNM分期及BCLC分期密切相关,与肝癌患者术后总体生存率呈负相关,而与肝癌患者术后复发率呈正相关。结论 CHD7在肝癌中明显高表达,可作为肝癌患者预后的独立预测指标之一。Objective To explore the clinical significance of chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 7(CHDT) expression in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and association between CHD7 expression and survival in HCC patients. Methods With the use of immunoreactivity,CHD7 expression and its correlation with other clinicopathological characteristics were examined in a tissue microarray that contains samples from 286 HCC patients. Results HCC tissues expressed markedly higher levels of CHD7 than did adjacent non-tumor tissues,overexpression of CHD7 significantly correlates with tumor number, capsular formation, microvascular invasion, TNM Stage, BCLC Stage and shorter overall survival with higher recurrence rates in HCC patients after curative resection. Conclusion The expression levels of CHD7 in HCC are significantly higher,may be an independent prognostic factor for HCC patients.
