摘　　要：杨治良教授重视人才培养,认为“吾生也有涯,而知也无涯”努力培养心理学研究的人才,期望心理学研究的事业能在他们的手中传承下去.他将自己的心理学研究与人才培养联系在一起,强调培养学生良好的文献阅读习惯,帮助学生形成广阔的视野;重视研究兴趣的培养和研究方法的教授;鼓励内隐学习和外显学习相结合,发挥二者的协同作用.他还认为在人才培养中应重视跨学科通识知识的传授,并且认为对于大学生的科学研究,应鼓励尝试和探究的过程,重视过程训练和科学素质培育.Dedicated to education, Professor Yang Zhiliang values developing people, who may carry forward the undertaking of psychological research in China. He combines his own psychological research with the cultivation of talents, stressing cultivating good habits of reading papers and helping students develop a broad view. He emphasizes the development of research interests and the development of research methods, and encourages the combination of implicit and explicit learning. He also values interdisciplinary knowledge, and thinks that regarding college student’s scientific research, emphasis should be placed on the process of exploration rather than on the results.
