阴道镜下宫颈活检联合锥切在宫颈病变诊疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道镜下宫颈活检联合宫颈锥切在宫颈病变诊疗中的临床价值。方法方便选取2014月12月—2015年12月该院妇科门诊就诊的宫颈病变患者41例,均先后接受阴道镜定位下宫颈组织活检及诊断性宫颈锥切,并对宫颈活检组织与宫颈锥切组织给予病理学检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果宫颈活检组织病理结果:慢性宫颈炎6例;CINⅠ级10例;CINⅡ级16例;CINⅢ级9例。宫颈锥切组织病理结果:慢性宫颈炎12例;CINⅠ级10例;CINⅡ级10例;CINⅢ级7例,局灶为浸润性鳞癌1例;腺癌1例。结论阴道镜下宫颈活检联合锥切在宫颈病变的早期诊断和早期治疗中有着重要的价值。Objective To study th e c l in ic a l v alue of c e rv ic a l b iopsy an d conization in th e diagnosis an d tre a tm en t of cervix lesions un de r colp o scop y. Methods C onvenient s ele ct ion 41 c a se s of p a t ien ts with cervix lesions adm it ted and tre a ted in the outpat ient d ep a r tmen t in our h ospi tal from Dec emb er 2014 to Dec emb er 2015 were re tro spe ctive ly an a lyz ed, and given th e colposcopy-or iented ce rv ic al biopsy an d diagnosis ce rv ic al conization, and th e c e rv ic a l b iopsy t is su e an d c e rv ic a l conization t issues were given th e path o lo gical ex amina tion, an d th e examina tion re su lts were an a ly z ed. Results The c e rv ic a l b iopsy t is-sue pathology re su l ts ch ro n ic c e rv ic itis was in 6 c a s e s, CIN I was in 10 c a s e s, CIN 域 leve l was in 16 cases an d CIN 芋 was in 9 c a s e s, and th e c e rv ic a l co nization t is su e pathology re su l ts： ch ro n ic c e rv ic itis was in 12 c a s e s, CIN I leve l was in 10 cases, CIN 域 leve l was in 10 c a se s an d CIN 芋 leve l was in 7 c a s e s, and th e invasive squamous c e l l ca rc in om a was in 1 case and ad eno ca rcinoma was in 1 c a s e . Conclusion T he c e rv ic a l b iopsy combined with conization is of im p o rtant v alue in the ea rly d iagnosis and tre a tm en t of cervix le s io n s.
