摘　　要：通过对酒厂现有曲块粉碎设备分析,提出了集双级粉碎输送于一体,采用单齿辊旋转切削破碎和锤片式粉碎相结合的二次粉碎方法,确定了辊切锤式粉碎、机械输送、料仓贮料、机械称量、装袋打包及自动除尘工艺的组合粉碎机组技术方案,并对组合粉碎机组进行了设计计算。Through the analysis of existing rhizopus brick smashing equipment in distillery, this article pro-posed secondary crushing method which combined two-stage smashing and delivering, and then used the combi-nation of single tooth and rotary cutting breaking and hammer crushing , and then settled the combined crush-ing machine technical scheme including the roll cutting hammer type crushing,machinery conveying,silo sto-ring material, mechanical weighing, bagging and automatic dust removing technology, finally got the design and calculation for the combined rhizopus brick smashing grinder.
