摘  要:当今法学本科毕业生法律技能低下,满足不了社会的需求。法学人才培养模块化课程体系的构建以及研讨式教学方法在课程教学中的推广与创新是培养应用型法学人才的有效途径。法学本科专业课程模块包含专业核心理论课模块、主修方向专业理论课模块和专业实践课模块。研讨式教学方法的关键在于发现问题和学生独立研究环节的创新,运用头脑风暴法等引导学生自行发现问题,引导学生采用比较、类推、演绎等方法进行独立研究不失为研讨式教学方法在模块课程教学中的创新,有助于学生法律技能的培养。Nowadays, the law graduates have low legal skills and cannot meet the needs of society. Constructing the modular curriculum system as well as promoting and innovating the research - discussion teaching are effective ways to cultivate applied legal talents. The law undergraduate curriculum modules include professional core theory module, major direction theory module and professional practice module. The key of the research - discussion teaching lies in the problem discovery and innovation of s tu d en ts5 independent research. Using the brainstorming method to guide the students to discover the problem by themselves and adopting the methods like comparison, analogy and deduction to carry out independent research can be the innovations of the research - discussion teaching applied in the modular curriculum te aching, which can help students cultivate their legal skills.
