摘　　要：酒精性肝病(ALD)是引起慢性肝脏疾病的主要原因之一,其发病机制复杂,自噬与肝脏疾病的研究日益深入,如何认识自噬在ALD发生发展过程中扮演的角色,该研究旨在为ALD防治提供新途径。Alcoholic liver disease is the main cause of chronic liver disease,pathogenesis is complicatedhe research on relationship between ALD and autophagy how to understand the role of autophagy in the pathogenesis of ALD,new way for ALD control and prevention.
