摘 要:为实现高新技术企业R&D联盟伙伴优化组合,提高R&D联盟运行效率,充分发挥R&D联盟的综合优势,针对高新技术企业R&D联盟的特点与目的,对R&D联盟伙伴匹配性进行了界定,分析筛选了影响R&D联盟伙伴匹配性的主要因素,构建了高新技术企业R&D联盟伙伴匹配性评价指标体系,设计了指标评分规则,提出了分形评价方法,并以华为R&D联盟伙伴选择作为实证分析对象,对其R&D联盟伙伴的匹配性进行了评价,结果表明华为选择的R&D联盟伙伴的匹配程度高,符合华为R&D联盟的实际情况。In order to realize tHe optimal combination betweeri R&D allianoe partners of high-tecii enterprises, improve the operational elfiaieney of R&D alliance, which can give full play to the R&D allianetfs ccanprebensive advantages. This pa-per makes systematic analysis on the main factors that affecting partner mateiiing ability of R&D alliance, aeeording to the characteristics and purposes of R&D alliance for high-tech enterprises by defining the R&D alliance partners' matching.Then, the evaluation index system is construeted through designing indicators scoring rules and giving fractal evaluation taetliod. Baapl on the R&D alliance partners of Huawei as the empirical analysis object, there arc specific evaluattens an their tnatching. The evaluation results show that Huawei's R&D alliance partners present a high degree of matching, and in line with the actual situation of Huawei R&D alliance. The research has provided a fresh method and decision-making reference on R&D allianee partners Mlection, at the same time, the Evaluation of high-tech enterprises.
