摘  要:高职院校高度重视创新创业教育,但问卷调查显示,高职学生创新创业的意愿处于低迷状态,创新创业的驱动力不足。班杜拉关于关注个体行为有效性的心理预期,增强自我效能感的自我效能理论,对于改进高职创新创业教育策略有着很好的借鉴意义。积极构建"动机驱动、精英引领、项目实战"的创新创业教育体系,是有效提高高职学生创业效能感,不断提升高创新创业教育质量的可行之路。Higher vocational colleges attach great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education, but the survey shows that vocational college students are in the doldrums of innovation and entrepreneurship, innovation and entrepreneurship driving force. Bandura' psychological expectation on the effectiveness of individual behavior and the self-efficacy theory of enhancing self-efficacy have a good reference significance for improving the strategy of innova-tion and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education. It is a feasible way to effectively improve the sense of entrepreneurial efficiency of vocational college students and improve the quality of high-innovation entrepreneurship education by actively constructing the innovative and pioneering education system of “motivation-driven, elite-led and practice-based”.
