摘　　要：在详细梳理国内外创新创业生态系统相关研究的基础上,总结了创新创业生态系统现状、发展趋势,以及创新创业生态系统的体制机制。提出为了更好地推动天津市创新创业生态系统建设,应进行国家、区域、企业多级创新生态系统培育和体制机制创新,推出以用户为中心的创新扶持政策,同时加强构建区域科技创业生态群落。Based on both domestic and foreign researches about the eco-system of innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper summarizes the current situation and the development tendency of the eco-system,and describes its institutional mechanism. Aiming to promote the eco-system in Tianjin,it suggests carrying on the training of multistage innovation eco-system at national,regional and corporate levels,and the innovation in mechanism;introducing new supporting policiesfocused on customers;meanwhile strengthening the efforts of setting up regional S＆T entrepreneurial ecological communi-ties.
