松油与柴油宏观喷雾特性的对比试验研究

摘  要:利用高速摄影技术对松油与柴油在不同试验工况下的喷雾锥角、贯穿距离和油束面积进行对比。结果表明:两种燃料的喷雾特性接近,喷雾锥角随喷油压力和背压的升高而变大,且背压对锥角的影响更为显著;贯穿距离和油束面积随喷油压力的升高而增大,随背压的增加而减小;与喷雾锥角相比,贯穿距离对油束面积的影响更大;相同工况下松油的贯穿距离、喷雾锥角和油束面积均比柴油略大,雾化质量更好。试验结果为松油作为替代燃料的可行性研究提供参考。High-speed photography technology is utilized to compare the spray cone angle, penetration dis-ance and spray projected area of pine oil and diesel fuel in different test conditions. The results show that the spra-ing characteristics of two fuels are close spray cone angles increase with the rise in injection pressure and back ressure with the effects of back pressure on cone angle being more apparent,and penetration distances and spray rojected areas increase with the rise of injection pressure and reduce with the rise in back pressure. Compared with pray cone angle,the effects of penetration distance on spray projected areas are more obvious. Under same condi-ion ,the spray cone angle,penetration distance and spray projected area of pine oil all slightly larger than those of iesel fuel with better atomizing quality. The test results provide references for the feasibility study for pine oil as al-ernative fuel.
