摘  要:医院行政管理人员是医院的重要组成,综合医改的深入推进与医院未来发展趋势对医院行政管理人员的能力素质都有着更高的要求。文章首先分析了医院行政管理人员的群体范畴、基本职能与当前现状,然后基于医改新要求、医院发展新趋势、医院组织特性和患者需求等视角,认为医院行政管理人员应当具备国际视角、创新思维、把握执行运用医改政策要求以及培养研究思维技能等新的素质要求。最后,提出了加强系统性培训、创建学习型组织、优化考核评价体系和强化自主学习意识等提升医院行政管理人员能力素质的对策建议。The hospital administration staff is an important component of the hospital, and the deep promotion of compre-hensive medical reform and hospital future trend has the higher requirement for the ability and quality of hospital administra-tion staff. The paper firstly analyzes the category, basic function and current status of the hospital administration staff and supposes that the hospital administration staff should be equipped with the international perspective, innovative thinking and qualities of mastering and applying the medical reform policies and requirements and research thinking skill based on the new requirements of medical reform, new development trend, organic features and demands of patients and finally puts forwards the suggestions of improving the ability and quality of hospital administration staff such as enhancing the systematic training, constructing the learning organization, optimizing the evaluation system and intensifying the automatic learning awareness.
