摘　　要：当前,创新创业教育成为世界性潮流,我国也把"大众创新,万众创业"上升到国家战略,我国各级各类教育部门都高度重视创新型人才培养。文章阐述了什么是创新能力以及创新创业教育的内涵,研究探索了一种基于专业社团、技能竞赛、精英班以及创客教育的分层覆盖,逐年递进式的机电类创新型人才培养模式,并通过实践证明该模式的可行性和有效性。Nowadays, innovation and entrepreneurship education has been a worldwide trend.＂ Mass innovation,all business＂ is also up to the national strategy by our country.All forms of education at all levels departments pay high attention to innovative personnel training.This paper introduces what the innovation ability is and what the connotation of innovation and entrepreneur-ship education is.The research explores a creative talents training mode which is increasing year by year and is based on layered coverage in professional teams, skill competitions,elite students＇ class and maker education.And the practice has proved that the mode is feasible and effective
