摘　　要：物流管理本科专业(中职本)人才培养模式不同于物流管理高等职业教育,也不同于物流管理一般本科教育。物流管理本科专业(中职本)教育更多的是按照应用型、衔接性、导师制要求进行人才培养改革与探索。结合钦州学院物流管理本科专业(中职本)教育教学实践,对其(中职本)本科专业人才定位、专业人才培养模式、课程体系及实践环节等作出总结和探讨,以期为应用型高校经济管理类(中职本)应用型人才培养提供借鉴和参考。The undergraduate talent training mode of logistics management （the undergraduate education based on secondary vocational education） is different from that of the logistics management of higher vocational education and that of the logistics management of undergraduate education, which puts more emphasis on application, linking and bridging, and tutor system. The paper takes the logistics management specialty in Qinzhou University as a case to investigate the undergraduate talent orientation, training mode, curriculum and practicing procedures, tending to provide a reference for the applied talent cultivation in such type of schools.
