经济转型期阜新城镇化质量研究

摘　　要：针对城镇化质量问题,利用层次分析法构建涵盖人口发展质量、经济发展质量、生活质量、社会发展质量、基础设施质量、景观环境质量的阜新城镇化质量综合评价分析模型,基于阜新20年间的面板数据,对阜新城镇化质量进行实测。研究发现:阜新城镇化整体质量在经济转型前后均呈现波浪式上升发展趋势,但质量发展存在较大差异,并且人口发展质量、经济发展质量、生活质量、社会发展质量、基础设施质量、景观环境质量变动趋势与阜新城镇化整体质量并不完全一致,呈现出不同的发展趋势特征,在此基础上提出提高阜新城镇化水平的对策,为提高阜新城镇化质量提供决策参考。In this paper, based on panel data of 20 years in Fuxin, the model is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,to comprehensively evaluate the urbanization quality in Fuxin. The model contains, the quality of population development, The quality of economic development, The quality of life the quality of social development, the quality of infrastructure and the quality of landscape environmental. It is found that the overall quality of urbanization in Fuxin shows a rising trend in the wave of economic transformation, but there is a big difference in the quality development, and, the quality of population development; economic development; the quality of life and social development; infrastructure quality and landscape environmental quality and the quality of urbanization in Fuxin are not exactly consistent, showing different trends of development characteristics. On this basis, countermeasures are proposed to increase the level of urbanization in Fuxin in order to provide scientific decision-making reference for improving the quality of urbanization in Fuxin.
