摘 要:采用原液及稀释10倍、20倍、30倍、40倍和50倍的中华羊茅内生真菌发酵液浸种中华羊茅和醉马草种子,研究其对发芽势、发芽率、苗长、根长和苗鲜质量的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的发酵液对种子萌发的各项指标起到不同程度的促进和抑制作用。其中,40倍稀释液可明显提高中华羊茅种子发芽势、发芽率(P<0.05),其他各处理起到显著抑制作用(P<0.05);10倍、20倍、30倍和40倍稀释液能明显促进中华羊茅幼苗的生长(P<0.05),原液则明显降低苗长(P<0.05);原液和20倍稀释液明显抑制其根的生长(P<0.05);10倍稀释液能明显增加其苗鲜质量(P<0.05),而40倍和50倍稀释液显著降低苗鲜质量(P<0.05)。10倍和50倍稀释液可明显提高醉马草的发芽势(P<0.05),10倍稀释液明显提高其发芽率(P<0.05),原液对其发芽势和发芽率有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05);20倍和30倍稀释液明显促进苗生长(P<0.05),但40倍和50倍稀释液明显抑制幼苗的生长(P<0.05);原液和30倍稀释液对其根系的生长有明显抑制作用(P<0.05);原液和10倍稀释液能明显增加醉马草的苗鲜质量(P<0.05)。Effects of different dilutions of fermentation liquid of Epichloё isolated from Festuca sinensis on germination potential,germination rate, seedling length, root length and seedling fresh quality of F. sinensis and Achnatherum inebrians seeds were studied by soaking with stock solution, 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, 40 times and 50 times dilutions of fermentation liquid, respectively. The results indicated that different dilutions of fermentation liquid affected differently growth indexes. 40 times dilution of fermentation liquid increased significantly germination potential and germination rate of F. sinensis seeds(P〈0.05), but others significantly inhibited germination potential and germination rate(P〈0.05). 10 times, 20 times, 30 times, and 40 times dilutions stimulated significantly seedling growth(P〈0.05), though stock solution inhibited significantly seedling growth of F. sinensis(P〈0.05). Root length of F.sinensis treated with stock solution and 20 times dilution were significantly lower compared with the control(P〈0.05). 10 times dilution significantly enhanced seedling fresh quality, but 40 times and 50 times dilution significantly reduced seedling fresh quality of F. sinensis(P〈0.05). Germination potential of A. inebrians treated with 10 times or 50 times dilution were significantly greater than the control seeds(P〈0.05), and germination rate of seeds treated with 10 times dilution were significantly higher than the control(P〈0.05), but germination potential and germination rate of seeds treated with stock solution was significantly lower than the control(P〈0.05). 20 times and 30 times dilution elevated greatly seedling length of A. inebrians(P〈0.05), however seedling length decreased significantly by 40 times and 50 times dilution treatment when compared with control.
