摘 要:为研究核桃青皮对氮在土壤中转化的影响,明确其对土壤氮转化效应,采用室内培养试验方法,研究土壤中施入不同用量的核桃青皮时,土壤中硝态氮、脲酶、硝酸还原酶和亚硝酸还原酶的变化。结果表明,与对照相比,施入核桃青皮确实有一定的硝化抑制效应,且核桃青皮量是尿素2倍的比1倍的硝化抑制效应明显。综合考虑,在土壤中施用200%核桃青皮效果较好。To study the effect of walnut green husk on transformation of nitrogen in the soil and clear its transformation effect on soil nitrogen,the paper uses indoor test methods, researches in the soil the different dosage of walnut green husk, the change of nitrate nitrogen in the soil, urease, and nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase. The results show that compared with controls, application the walnut peel does have a certain inhibitory effect, and the amount of walnut green husk is urea twice more than double the nitrification inhibition effect is obvious. Considering the effect of applying 200% walnut green husk in the soil is better.
