摘  要:对高校教师来说,入职期是其职业生涯中重要而关键的时期,充满困难和考验。该阶段适应状况影响教师职业倾向,关系到教师的成长和发展。当前,地方应用型高校新入职教师在教学业务、人际关系、学校环境等方面存在适应问题,需要从教师自身、学校和家庭等多维层面提出相应的对策。For university teachers, the entry period of profession is an important and critical period of their career, which is full of difficulties and challenges. It is related to the growth and development of teachers, and their professional tendency. Currently, the nov- ice teachers in local applied universities are faced with a lot of problems, such as adaptive problems in the teaching business, interper- sonal relationship, school environment and other aspects. Hence, it is necessary to put forward some countermeasures from multidimen- sional levels of the teachers themselves, the school and the family, etc.
