劝导技术在消化性溃疡患者健康管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察劝导技术在消化性溃疡患者健康管理中的应用效果。方法将消化性溃疡患者123例按1:1平行单盲分成观察组(63例)和对照组(60例)进行健康管理干预,观察组患者应用劝导技术,对照组患者采用传统健康教育形式。干预半年后统计两组患者复查胃镜时一次性进镜成功率及不良反应发生情况,比较两组患者服药依从性、满意度评分及疾病知识知晓率等。结果复查胃镜时观察组患者一次性进镜成功率为96.83%,高于对照组的83.33%;观察组不良反应发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者疾病知识知晓率为71.43%,高于对照组的45.00%(P<0.01);观察组服药依从性评分为(7.26±1.35)分,高于对照组的(6.20±1.39)分(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度评分(4.33±1.01)分,高于对照组的(3.08±1.27)分(P<0.05)。结论劝导技术有助于提高消化性溃疡患者健康管理的成效。Objective To observe the application effect of persuasive technology on health management for peptic ulcer patients. Method Divide 123 peptic ulcer patients into observation group （n=63） and control group （n=60） by 1：1 parallel contrast and develop health management intervention. Patients in observation group receive persuasive technology and patients in observation group receive routine health education. Collect the information on one-time successful rate of gastroscope test and status of adverse reaction. Compare the compliance on drug, score on satisfaction level and cogrutive level on disease. Re- sult One-time successful rate of gastroscope test is 96.83% in observation group, which is higher than control group （83.33%）. Observation group has lower incidence of adverse reaction than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Cognitive level on disease is 71.43% in observation group, which is higher than control group （45.00%） （P〈0.0a）. Score on compliance on drug is （7.26 ± 1.35 ） in observation group, which is higher than control group （6.20 ± 1.39 ） （P〈 0.05 ）. Score on satis- faction level is （ 4.33 ± 1.01 ） in observation group, which is higher than control group （ 3.08 ± 1.27 ） （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion Persuasive technology can improve the effect of health management for peptic ulcer patients.
