跨文化交际视角下文化移情能力培养的思考

摘　　要：跨文化交际能力是国际化人才的重要特征之一,文化移情能力是跨文化交际能力培养的重要内容。可从跨文化交际基本内涵探讨文化移情内涵。文化移情培养具有一定的原则,通过多途径培养,有助于在多元文化交际中跨越文化差异,求同存异,实现有效的跨文化交际。Intercultural communication competence is a key characteristic of international talents,and cultural empathy competence plays an important role in developing intercultural communication competence. It is suggested that the connotation of cultural empathy could be developed based on the connotation of intercultural communication. The cultivation of cultural empathy involves some principles and a multiple-channel training mode can help to achieve effective intercultural communication by seeking the common ground while reserving differences.
