摘　　要：建立了微波萃取-气相色谱法(microwave-assisted extraction combined with gas chromatography,MAE-GC)同时测定塑料食品包装材料中一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺和N,N-二乙基乙醇胺等5种有机醇胺的方法。方法采用甲醇作为提取试剂,80℃微波萃取10min,然后将样液蒸发至近干,用甲醇复溶洗脱,洗脱液过滤膜直接上样。在优化条件下,5种目标物在50-3500mg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.996,检出限在2-12mg/L之间(S/N=3)。自制阳性样品后进行近等额添加,目标物的平均回收率在79.9%-104%之间,重复性精密度在3.20%-4.84%(n=6)之间。结果表明,方法操作简单快速、重现性好、准确度高。In this study, microwave-assisted extraction （MAE） combined with gas chromatography （GC） analysis has been successfully developed for the simultaneous extraction and determination of five kinds of alcohol amines including monoeth- anolamine （MEA）, diethanolamine （DEA）, trolamine （TEA）, triisopropanolamine （TIPA） and N, N-diethylethanolamine （DEAE） in plastic food packaging materials. For MAE, the effects of various parameters on the extraction efficiency were investigated. It is shown that the most efficient extraction of the target compounds was achieved by using methanol as the sol- vent, an extraction temperature of 80 degrees C and 10 min of holding time. The sample solution was evaporated to near dry- ness, and a satisfactory elution efficiency of all compounds was achieved using methanol. Under the optimum conditions, lin- ear responses ranged from 50 to 3500mg/L for five targets, with correlation coefficients over than 0.996. The limit of detec- tion （LOD） was between 2 and 12mg/L （S/N = 3）. And the recovery was in the range of 79.9%-104% ,relative standard de- viation （RSD） was from 3.20% to 4.84%. The satisfied experimental results indicated that the proposed method is simple, fast, reproducible, accurate and useful to determine five kinds of alcohol amines.
