论跨文化交际范式的中国化创新

摘　　要：传统意义上的跨文化交际理论具有明显的美国特色,以研究移民文化适应作为主要问题。中国"一带一路"实践中形成的跨文化交际是一种创新范式,文化多样性和文化平等性取向更加突出。美国的跨文化研究范式渗透着西方与非西方、我者与他者、核心与边缘文化的关系,这并不具有普遍性,也无法解释跨文化对话行为的本质特性。中国创新范式首先就是要超越"冲突主义"的文明观,倡导多元文明共生的原则,鼓励包括西方文明在内的多元价值共存和文明间对话主义。其次是坚持超越个人主义的国家主义原则,正确看待政治文化认同差异对于跨文化交际的影响;第三就是要超越文化"排他主义"和去"中心化",坚持求同存异的原则。The traditional theory of cross-cultural communication has obvious American characteristics, with its research mainly focused on the acculturation of immigration. Cross-cultural communication formed in the practice of ＇The Belt and Road Initiative＇ is an innovative paradigm with more prominent orientation of cultural diversity and cultural equality. It is not universal and can not explain the essential characteristics of cross-cultural dialogue that the American cross-cultural communication is permeated with the relations between the West and non-West, self and others,core and marginal cultures. First and foremost, China＇s innovation paradigm is to go beyond the civilization concept of ＇conflict＇, advocate the principle of co-exist multiple civilizations, and encourage the coexistence of multiple values including Western civilization, as well as dialogues between civilizations. In addition, it adheres to the principle of nationalism over individualism, and have a correct view on the influence of different political and cultural identity on cross-cultural communications. What＇s more, it sticks to the principle of ＇seeking common ground while reserving differences＇ by surpassing the “cultural exclusion” and “ decentralization”.
