产前超声漏诊完全性肺静脉异位连接14例患者的分析

摘　　要：目的:找出产前完全性肺静脉异位连接超声漏诊的原因,提高诊断技术水平。方法:回顾性分析产前超声漏诊的14例完全性肺静脉异位连接(TAPVC)病例,观察其左房后壁、冠状静脉窦、上下腔静脉、奇静脉及永存左上腔静脉等结构,找到漏诊的原因。结果:14例完全性肺静脉异位连接病例的漏诊均为对该种疾病缺乏认识而造成。结论:应加强TAPVC患者超声特点的掌握。Objective To find out causes of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection （TAPVC） miss-diagnosed by pre-natal ultrasound diagnosis in order to improve diagnostic technical level. Methods： 14 cases of TAPVC miss-diagnosed by prenatal ul-trasound diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed to find out the missed diagnosis causes, including the structures of the posterior wall of the left atrium, the coronary sinus, superior and inferior vena cava, superior inferior vena cava, persistent left superior vena cava and so on. Results ： The causes of all the missed diagnosis cases were lack of know-ledge of the disease. Conclusions ： It should strengthen to master the ultrasonic characteristics of TAPVC.
