摘 要:在护士队伍中,传统的管理模式为二级管理模式。近年来,随着护理学的发展进步等多种原因,各科室护理工作内容日益复杂、同时对科研能力等方面也提出了更高的要求,使二级管理模式的弊端日益凸显。因此提出了多维度综合管理模式的方式,将护士长的管理权限下放,选择适宜人员分别从工作管理维度、科研管理维度、培训管理维度、思想管理维度和活动管理维度5个方面进行管理,以提高管理效果和减轻护士长的管理压力。In the ranks of nurses, the traditional management model for the two level management model. In recent years,with the development and progress of nursing and other reasons, the nursing work at the same time, the increasingly complex scientific research ability has also put forward higher requirements, the drawbacks of the two level management model has become increasingly prominent.
