摘　　要：双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯(三光气)是一种应用广泛的光气绿色替代试剂。随着其新化学性质的不断发现,三光气在药物合成领域中的应用正受到越来越多的重视。本文介绍了三光气的物理化学性质,总结并详细介绍了近年来其在药物合成中的应用。Bis （trichloromethyl） carbonate （BTC） is widely used as a green alternative for phosgene. A-long with the development of new BTC chemistry,increasingly more attention has been paid to the applica-tion of BTC in drug synthesis. In this review, its physical and chemical properties were firstly described, followed by detailed introduction of its recent applications in drug synthesis.
